i don't know what happened to my computer but i can't access my task manager, command prompt, msconfig and system admin tools on my computer. also, whenever i click any of my hard drives (c: and e:), it opens another explorer window instead of just opening it on the window where i double-clicked my drive. one more thing is that when i turned on my computer before posting here, a warning came out saying that "windows can not run kxvo.exe" or something like that. is that a normal windows process? i'm guessing it's not... my computer has been experiencing slow downs as well.... i'm not sure if there are any other things that are wrong but these are the ones that i have found so far. can anyone please check my system and help me fix it? thank you.
*update*
i also found out that when i plug in removable media (i.e. a flash disk), my system creates an .exe file that has a "folder" icon with the same name as the folders in my flash drive. for example there's a "folder A" in my flash drive, it creates a "folder A.exe" inside "folder A". it does this for all other folders in my drive.
some programs like my antivirus update and nero are also having errors i.e. "this programs needs to be shut down" error so i can't run them.
