I need some malware help...

I've been trying to help my sister clean her computer of malware and viruses. I've installed a slew of programs; AVG, Spybot S&D, SpywareBlaster, Windows Defender, among others. The last time I was there (she's 350 miles away from me) I was able to clean quite a few infections from her computer using those programs. I'm attaching the latest hijackthis file that she emailed to me. If you would go through it and let me know what needs to be deleted, I certainly would appreciate it. Thank You very much for your help!
