Hi
I keep receiving the following message "Critical errors in windows registry and file system" and my pc is running extremely slowly. I’ve installed hijack this and ran a system scan and got the following results. Can you please help me clean my system and have it working properly. Thank you

P.S: Windows keeps prompting me to install a spy ware remover but I have already scanned for spy ware and deleted a key logger earlier and lots of tracking cookies but I don’t seem to be getting rid of this message. Thanks allot for helping.
