Hie all !!

I would be really grateful, if you will be able to help me,

I want to format C: drive, but before that Im having very important Mails,files and Documents, I have to make a backup in D:, please tell me also how to format c: making backup in D: and I don't even have a floppy drive. so kindly inform me how to format and install windows XP..

what i would do is burn it off onto a cd or copy all you important files like .doc, .dot, .jpg, .mpgs, etc. before you format it and then if you don't do a low level format plus a partition wipe you might have some of the same problems your having now.
