Video AND Audio Capture software (for flash videos)

I am looking for software that can record a flash video on the internet. For this, I need one with the capabilities of good quality and audio recording from the video source.

I tried WME, but it does it in really poor quality.
I tried Camtasia, but it does not record the sound from the video, it only records sound from a mic.

Thank you.

ps. I know there is one out there because I remember previously doing this on my other computer but I do not still own that computer.
