ok, so i got a new ipod shuffule, i downloaded i tunes, uploaded all my music, and tried to sinc everything on my pod and when i plugged it in the usb port, the computer didnt bring it up, now all my ports dont recognized anything not even my flash drive, what am i not doing. Help!!!
