Deewoo popups - can't remove

Hope someone can help. Several weeks ago I started getting popup ads from Deewoo, whatever that is. The first thing I did was to look and see if any programs were installed that may relate to this. Sure enough there was a Deewoo Network Manager program. I unistalled it with Your Uninstaller, however the popups continued. I blocked the popups with AdsGone Spyware Blocker but the popups continued, only without content - very annoying. Looking at running processes I found a file named pcntskwd.exe in C:\WINDOWS\system32 (which by the way has the same icon as the program I deleted, a black and maroon DW) Also found a file PCNTSKWD.EXE-023C24A6.pf in C:\WINDOWS\Prefetch.
Deleted both files many times and they show back up after reboots. After reading numerous posts I downloaded HijackThis and tried to remove the after running the scan. Still shows up. Here's the HijactThis log:
