Have you tried using Mozilla FireFox? Have you cleared the cookies?

i have never used mozilla or firefox. i kinda like IE. and i just tried delete my cookies and it still wont work.

I would upgrade IE 6 to IE7 via the Mircosoft website.

Click on Tools then Manage add ons. Disable all add ons, see if you can login to Ebay. If yes, one of them is causing the problem. Enable them one or two at a time till you find the culprit.

it wont let me upgrade to IE7 because i have service pack 1.

Apply SP2 then. If you are at SP2 you are missing a bunch of security updates and additions to XP.

i installed them installed for some reason ebay was on a blocked list of web sites. but its fixed now.
