A trojan called a.doginhispen has gotten onto my computer and is starting to cause havoc. My well-known security system has already charged me to remove it and they have been unsuccessful.

I am not very tech savvy, but I hope some good-hearted person out there will be willing to help me remove this thing as I use my computer for my livelihood.

I have downloaded AVG antispyware and HijackThis as I've read on this site that these programs are necessary for ridding my PC of this nasty trojan.

Can someone help me? PLEASE? Thanks.
