Spyware warnings

So my desktop when to a blue background saying that there are errors effecting my computer and so on with a link that ust kept leading me to go buy some anti-spyware software.

I'm not sure if this relates to any spyware or virus i still have but...when i recieved a popup, in order to not click on it and open IE i tried Ctrl.Alt.Delete but it said it had been blocked by an administrator...i am the administrator....after running Spybot, the registry key not allowing the task manager was deleted and now i can use it again.

What i get now are You have spyware! popups and i sometimes get t a yellow triangle ! in the task bar saying i have spyware.

Scanners I have run:
AVG Free Edition - found 7 things infected with Trojan horse Dropper.Agent.HHK and Trojan horse Downloader.Agent.DPL says all were deleted
Windows Defender - found nothing
AVG AntiSpyware - found tracking cookies and 1 file called downloader.small.ivo (high risk) with traces in -Program Files/tmp0.exe as well as tmp1 tmp2 tmp3 -and in System volume information files
Symantec Online Virus Scanner - found nothing
Spybot Search and Destroy - found many issues most were tracking cookies, 17 were virus/spyware/malware related and it says that all were deleted |items found were: SpySherrif, Zlob.Downloader.vcd, Inet Delivery, Win32.Agent.ac and a bunch of others|

Hi,

thanks for all your help in advance, (i know i posted a lot of info but i just need my problem solved as soon as possible because this computer is used for buisness purposes)


Since you are posting a log from a Company owned computer, or this computer is used for business... There are a few things that need attention first before we proceed with this..

* You must inform your Supervisor immediately.

This because of:
  • Most company machines are connected into a network at some time or other, and your infection may compromise the security of that network.
  • If sensitive material is compromised by an infection, your company could be held liable.
* Your Company must give permission for us to give you assistance.

This because of:
  • We are not here to replace your company's IT Department. If there's an IT Department, then they are responsible to deal with this.
  • There may be sensitive material on your computer that your company would not want revealed in an open forum.
Also, we always strongly recommend, before starting with the cleanup is to backup the important data that you don't want to lose. This because, malware causes an instable system and it may happen in some cases, that suddenly a computer won't boot anymore because of the damage already present when we try to remove it. This only happens in a few occasions though, but since this is a computer used for business, it's always a good idea to backup your important data first!

Then, * Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here or Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
  • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.(See Extra Note)
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  • Copy&Paste the entire report in your next reply along with a fresh HijackThis log.
Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove,you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts,click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process,if asked to restart the computer,please do so immediatly.

id just like to say that im sorry for not reply to this post....i kinda totally forgot about it

Nothing I had tried seemed to be working...but then all of the popups jsut stopped...I;m guess the problem is solved...

However, you mentioned how you were concerned about the business computer problem...
1. It's a small business with no IT department ( I'm pretty much the computer guy)
2.I don't think that valuable information could be obtained though the logs (but I really don't know)


And so, I've classified my problem as fixed, but if you can see anything wrong in the one Hijack This Log i posted...please say so because as far as I know, nothing has been changed since then.

One more thing, I actually have a malware/virus/spyware problem with a different computer, I have started a new topic already but no one has replied, maybe you can just move onto that problem since it is much more severe than the one I posted the first time.
