Trojan Horse PSW online games

Hello

My pc has been infected with several Trojan Horse PSW online games viruses and its running really slow and someone get access to my World of warcraft Account and password through that

I could get account back and delete the viruses with Kaspersky Anti-Virus but one week after i get my account back the viruses appeared again and it seems the Kaspersky couldn´t get rid of those trojan´s =S

What can i do?

I hope you guys can help me
