So i got my new Lachesis right? well the first day i got it, it was fine. Then i went on a 7day cruise.

When i got back, i started to notice that when i play call of duty 4, it would frame drop very badly every time i tried to make a move with the mouse.

I have tried different video settings. and none of them worked. Even the lowest one didn't 640x???.

I really need some help here.

~~~~
This problem isn't on any other game.
including Crysis & UT3
~~~
EDIT:

Heres an expanded explanation.

The Lachesis will sometimes loose connection during play. But that is only after hours of playing.

also, according to "Can You RUN it?" and "YouGamers", my system is capable of running COD4

~~~~~~
EDIT 2.0:
It seems to be better offline. But there is still some frame drop issues.
Is there some Config file i can edit or something? Like in UT3 or Gears?
so, let see if I get this straight. The only thing you changed on your computer was the install of the new mouse. When you installed it, did you obtain the latest drivers from Razer?
did you update the firmware? Looks like they just released new firmware for it.
check here for updates
Yes.. All i did was install the mouse.
I did an update on the Firmware. It seems good for now..
I also installed the Clicking tool from Razer. It helps with the stabilization alot.
although i can't seem to switch profiles now. Well, i can, but it doesn't do anything. It's like all the profiles are exactly the same.
I'm going to try and remove/purge all the profiles and recreate them. See if that does anything.
Purging didn't do a thing. I'm going to try and reinstall the drivers now.
I also put in an official ticket to Razer. hope they respond soon!
The firmware the Lachesis comes with is known to cause "mouse jumping" such as what you've described. The most recent firmware usually fixes this, but it seems you've already discovered this. :)
