I appreciate all the sites and techs that work hours on end and enjoy helping people like me, so thanks to all of you first. Secondly I have a prob with my laptop and had started my pc one morning to find the screen black, all my icons were shadowed with purple, i run draggingly slow, and often crash (lock up) after about5 mins. I have been getting help from various sites (including Marshin on this site THANKS!) and have got my pc back to about 60%. I am no longer crashing but I am lagging and my desktop is still a mess. I have been told to run various spyware reports and cleaned a bunch of stuff out. now I have been told to run a hijackthis report and post it. so here it is. this is all greek to me, if someone can help me and guide me through this i would greatly appreciate it.
