We have a English Winfax Pro 10, when I use a PDF fax-out a group from address book to our client. When I click send, the system seems to compile to winfax format, but the outbox is empty and nothing to fax-out. When I re-install the Winfax Pro, it works fine, but few day later still have same problem. Please help us what going on.

What version of Outlook are you using? I know there have been some compatibility problems. Have you applied all the updates for Winfax?
