Xerox 5665 print issue

We recently purchased two Xerox 5665 copier/fax/printers and when we went to install them through our network onto each workstation, 6 of our 30 workstations failed. It was looking for the print driver, which we located, but the installation still failed. Do you have any advice as to how to make this install work? My IT consultant and the Xerox people are at a loss. Thank you.
