Just a quick question. ON step 2 am I suppose to do all three of those things or do I just choose 1? Thanks

If you don't have any anti-virus software installed, then installing AVG is a good idea. If you already have anti-virus software, then it may be a good idea to run Trend Housecall's online scan, and TDS-3. They may catch malware your AV program misses, or your AV may have become corrupted.
