Hi!

I was in Word this morning, writing a papaer for school, and when I went to the Character Map to paste in some arrows and other symbols in Garamond (which I've always used) - all the "strange" characters were gone. In advanced mode I tried searching for "arrow", "up", "down" and things, all to no avail.

I'm totally ceratin they were there before - what could have happened?
