Help Me Please! [RESOLVED]

A couple of days ago my pc had been acting kind of weird and running slow and today when i turned my pc on it had this blue wallpaper with yellow text stating

Warning: Spyware has been detected on your pc
Your computer has several fatal error due to spyware activity.
It is strongly recommended to install an antispyware software to close all security vulnerabilities ...
click here to scan.

I also keep getting these pop-ups to download $50 antispyware software.

Now I don't now much of anything when it comes to computer and its really bugging me can someone please help in a simple language of what to do.

It would be greatly appreciated.

Please download SmitfraudFix (by S!Ri) to your Desktop.

Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press "Enter"; a text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present).
Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

**If the tool fails to launch from the Desktop, please move SmitfraudFix.exe directly to the root of the system drive (usually C:), and launch from there.

Note : process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool"; it is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
