How do I know if applicaitons running are system requirements or just a spyware that has entered my pc? Here is a short list of applications running when I press CTRL, ALT + DEL:
Ccapp
Xtvab635
Utb0
Iowatch
Viewmgr
Totrecsched
Systray

I don't know how to tell if these should or should not be running. Any suggestions?

Hi Lisa,

This site will help you identify most programs: http://sysinfo.org/

Try Google for others. If you can't find them, it's most likely some time of malware (spyware, virus, trojan).
