File Transfer Problem

When I download something from a website, specifically Mp3's from audio blogs, the file is transferred to my Temporary Internet File folder.

I prefer for my downloads to be saved to my desktop. On some Mp3's it is not possible to right click and save target as...For instance, the archive at www.ckut.ca

What needs to be tweaked to set it back to normal? I've checked my WMP and the settings seem okay. Am I missing something?
