SATA external Hardisk became Unallocated T__T pls help!

sir/mam i got this really big problem right now... T_T
two days ago my SATA External Hardisk is still working perfectly, but now after I open it, it didnt show up, I look at the administrative tool> computer management > storage > Disk management and I saw this Unallocated on my external Hardisk, It also shows it's "Online" and "Unallocated" ... if I right click on it.. i could only click properties and help but "convert to dynamic disk" is colored w/ grey and unclickable.

I really dont want to resolve on reformatting..

because I have all my important files on that hardisk(my work)... T__T please help T__T
