I'm running windows xp and using my motorola cell phone with alltel and there axcess mobile link program as my modem. It hooks up with a usb cable. Everything had been working semi o.k. but the past month or so as I am browsing the internet it slows down then stops on the web page whatever you are doing. I hit disconnect & either restart the phone or the computer and it goes again for a little bit then does it again. I've been on the phone with alltel off and on numerous times changed settings per our conversations. Even did the revert the computer to January which was before we really started having this problem. I have avast antivirus running all the time. Does anyone have any idea if maybe I still don't have a setting right or if the phone needs to be on usb. I know enough about computers to be dangerous. Please I really don't know what to try next.
