Can any one please help me? I get this message when I initially click on some of the applications after startup.

"Windows cannot access the specified device,path or file. You may not have the appropiate permission to access the item" (e.g. Mozilla Firefox, etc)

Sometimes I notice that the PC Tools Spyware Doctor is updating when it happens. Most times it seems sporadic.

All help would be appreciated.
