First of all I would like to say Greetings everyone. I have heard so many great things from different people in here so I decided to join the community hoping that somebody in here can help me with my problem.
Forgive my frustration and focus on the problem itself please lol

A friend of mine sent me a keylogger earlier. Not only I am going to kick the living [bleep] out of him tomorrow, but now I have no clue if it's still in my computer...
Originally he wanted my to get in his CounterStrike Source clan but he didn't want to recruit any hackers. So he told me that if I run a file that he would send me, it would analyze my steam folders and check for hacks. I said, sure I have nothing to worry about since I don't download my skills, I have them from practicing.
So he sent me the file and immediately my Avast anti-virus detected a Trojan Horse. And like a RETARD, he says to me that it's normal because of the way the program runs to check my STEAM folder. So I trusted him like a moron that I am and disabled AVAST just so I could run that thing.

I double click it. But absolutely nothing happens. Like it wants to run something, but nothing pops up for me to install... it just disappears.
Next thing I know, he stole my steam account. I couldn't login into my steam account anymore. It was gone.
So I'm like What the...?? What the [bleep] is going on here? I called him up and told him what happened and he started laughing like a little retard. I threatened his life and forced him to change the password back to what it originally was and he did it. (Wise decision on his end). Of course I logged in and changed the password instantly and the email address as well since he had changed it on my steam account.

I also deleted the icon that was on my desktop from the file that he sent me.
Now, does that mean that it's gone and I got rid of it? Or am I still [bleep]ed and can he still mess with me?

Steps I took so far...

-Did a system restore for 2 days back
-Ran spybot search and destroy

I also did a HijackThis and have a log of it. Can you guys take a look and tell me if you see anything suspicious please?

Here it is:
