Windows Application Error

I am getting a Windows Application Error when I am using one of my two printers. I have checked the print spooler and it is started. I have uninstalled printer softaware and re-installed it. Still getting the error message with (1) pinter. The error message is:

The instruction at "0x020e9810" referenced memroy at "0x00186000"
The memory could not be written

I could sure use some help.
