getting some odd lag..

Im getting some odd lag play one of my favorite videogames ive ran spybot, adaware, and avg. I also use spyware blaster. my videocard drivers are up to day and I cant figure out whats wrong so heres a log maybe something in the background is causing it. this is right from my start up.
