Oh, wait, one last thing. What shall I do with all of the logs, the dss.exe, the Vundofix.exe, the Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, and the ATF-Cleaner all saved to my desktop? Should I remove these from my computer as well?

When you do that last step that I gave you, with combofix, it should get rid of most of it. Anything it doesnt get rid of you can delete on your own. I would suggest keeping ATF and using it from time to time to clear out your temp files :)
