This has been on my machine for over a week. I've run SpyBot but everytime I reboot or go back into Windows Explorer, it comes back, Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Save the file to the desktop as fix1.bat and make sure the "Save as type" field says "All files". Locate fix1.bat on the Desktop and double-click on it to run it. Please note any errors (if any) that you may encounter.

Please re-open HiJackThis and scan. Check the boxes next to all the entries listed below (The entries in Red should not be listed, although I have included them just in case they are).

If the O15 entries that get listed are not web sites that you visit, then please place a checkmark against those as well.

Be sure that you can view hidden files and folders.

• Click Start.
• Open My Computer.
• Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
• Select the View Tab.
• Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
• Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
• Click Yes to confirm.
• Click OK.

Using Windows Explorer (to get there right-click your Start button and go to "Explore"), please delete these files (if present):

I would like to run a couple of scans to be sure we have cleaned everything.

Download and scan with SUPERAntiSpyware Free for Home Users

• Double-click SUPERAntiSpyware.exe and use the default settings for installation.
• An icon will be created on your desktop. Double-click that icon to launch the program.
• If asked to update the program definitions, click "Yes". If not, update the definitions before scanning by selecting "Check for Updates". (If you encounter any problems while downloading the updates, manually download and unzip them from here.)
• Under "Configuration and Preferences", click the Preferences button.
• Click the Scanning Control tab.
• Under Scanner Options make sure the following are checked (leave all others unchecked):
  
  • Close browsers before scanning.
  • Scan for tracking cookies.
  • Terminate memory threats before quarantining.
• Click the "Close" button to leave the control center screen.
• Back on the main screen, under "Scan for Harmful Software" click Scan your computer.
• On the left, make sure you check C:\Fixed Drive.
• On the right, under "Complete Scan", choose Perform Complete Scan.
• Click "Next" to start the scan. Please be patient while it scans your computer.
• After the scan is complete, a Scan Summary box will appear with potentially harmful items that were detected. Click "OK".
• Make sure everything has a checkmark next to it and click "Next".
• A notification will appear that "Quarantine and Removal is Complete". Click "OK" and then click the "Finish" button to return to the main menu.
• If asked if you want to reboot, click "Yes".
• To retrieve the removal information after reboot, launch SUPERAntispyware again.
  
  • Click Preferences, then click the Statistics/Logs tab.
  • Under Scanner Logs, double-click SUPERAntiSpyware Scan Log.
  • If there are several logs, click the current dated log and press View log. A text file will open in your default text editor.
  • Please copy and paste the Scan Log results in your next reply.
• Click Close to exit the program.

Please do an online scan with Kaspersky WebScanner

Please note: You must use Internet Explorer for this as it uses an ActiveX component.

• The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
• Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
  
• Select a target to scan; click on My Computer.
• The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
• Once the scan is complete choose the option to Save as Text.
• Save the file to your desktop.
• Copy and paste that information in your next post.

Please post the requested logs together with a fresh HijackThis log for me to review.
