Help msn/internet/google problem

Sometimes i turn my computer on and its fine. i switch to use a nother username and then msn messenger opens and doesnt sign in saying to tryagain later. All the saved email adresses and passwords are deleted and when i type it in its really slow at showing. When i open the internet it says a add-on from google had a problem and needs to close then the internet closes. If i exit msn and open it again it says 'a critical componant of messenger was fixed please restart messenger. also msn is realy slow too.

Then both internet and msn are fixed.
