okay I'm having to use a different computer because I can't get far enough into the infected one to get any logs for you to look @ but I started in the tap F8 thing and told it not to shutdown on system failure and next time it happened I got this blue error screen that says a process or thread that was crucial to system operation got terminated. Under technical info it says:
** STOP: 0x000000F4 (0x00000003, 0x82BFE568, 0x82BFE6DC, 0x805FA160)
then it dumps physical memory and tells me to call someone smarter. Do you need more info? If so how do I go about getting that info the computer won't hardly make it but a few minutes usually before it restarts.
Appreciate you folks,
BewilderedStranger
