My babies photos are all I'm worried about! :) Please help me recover them!

This PC is very sick. I've tried restoring but its not worked. The pc just won't boot it just goes over and over restarting showing the Lenovo screen then rebooting. Its a Lenovo and I'm writing this through its Rescue and Recovery system which has an opera browser, and a network cable attached to my modem. When I've run the PC doctor scan in the Rescue and Recovery system everything seems to pass the diagnosis tests except for Surface Scan Test and the SMART Extended Test. What does this mean?

I'm not sure what to do next, and I can't seem to get access to 'my documents' on my computer to be able to rescue the files I desperately want to preserve, namely photos. Other files are there, eg all the program files etc but maybe I'm just not looking in the right place.

I'd really appreciate your help guys, I'm desperate! :)

Hello Floriana1974

Welcome to G2Go. :)
=====================
Hi your best bet at this point would be to take it into a shop and let them backup the contents of the Hard drive.

Because it failed the surface scan that means that the hard drive is going bad or something is wrong with some sectors on it.

The faster you get it backed up the better.
