Hi VicoN :)

Copy (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) the following text in the quote to Notepad. Save it as "All Files" and name it FixServices.bat. Please save it on your desktop.

@Echo off
sc stop "Windows Management Service"
sc delete "Windows Management Service"
ipconfig /flushdns

Double click FixServices.bat. A window will open and close. This is normal.

Start HijackThis, close all open windows leaving only HijackThis running. Click in Do a system scan only Place a check against each of the following:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [dmcnz.exe] C:\Windows\system32\dmcnz.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [dmxaz.exe] C:\Windows\system32\dmxaz.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [dmpzc.exe] C:\Windows\system32\dmpzc.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [dmmme.exe] C:\Windows\system32\dmmme.exe
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [dmbdq.exe] C:\Windows\system32\dmbdq.exe
O17 - HKLM\System\CS1\Services\Tcpip\Parameters: NameServer = 85.255.114.43 85.255.112.229

Click on Fix Checked when finished and exit HijackThis.

Now reboot into Safe Mode (This can be done tapping the F8 key as soon as you start your computer you will be brought to a menu where you can choose to boot into safe mode).

Make sure you choose the option without networking support.

Please set your system to show All Files.
Click Start, open My Computer, select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm.

Using Windows Explorer (to get there right-click your Start button and go to "Explore"), please delete these files (if present):

C:\Windows\system32\dmcnz.exe <--this file
C:\Windows\system32\dmxaz.exe <--this file
C:\Windows\system32\dmpzc.exe <--this file
C:\Windows\system32\dmmme.exe <--this file
C:\Windows\system32\dmbdq.exe <--this file

After all, please clean out your recycle bin.

After that, Reboot, and post a new HijackThis log here in a reply.

Hi VicoN :)

I missed one file to delete, please reboot in safe mode again and using the Windows Explorer delete this file:

C:\Windows\system32\dmjpl.exe <--this file

Reboot into normal Windows.

Please go HERE to run Panda's TotalScan
  • Select the bubble for Full scan
  • It will start downloading the files it requires for the scan (Note: It may take a couple of minutes)
  • Then the scan will begin
  • When the scan completes, click the Save button on the right of Scan details
  • Save it to a convenient location. Post the contents of the TotalScan report
