seeing how its in system32 you should a online virus scan
it seems to be an undesireable application to have
you can use http://www.virustotal.com/ to have it checked for infection

when the page opens
press browse
in the new window
Press My Computer
Right click C;DRIVE Select
Right click WINDOWS Select
Right click SYSTEM32 Select
Look for sprt_ads.dll
click on it
Press open
The sprt_ads.dll will be scanned by 20 or more antivirus programs
if theres an infection or malware it should be detected
Then click on Send File

Then your other option would be going to the malware forum
this would be a good place to start
