I continually get a pop up from the lower taskbar saying the windows has detected and infection & that I need to click on it to go to a site in order to remove it. Norton says that it is installer2[1].exe, however, when I search for it nothing comes up. I do have my "show hidden files" on. Here is the message from Norton - File: C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\31H8SJMN\Installer2[1].exe - quarantine unsuccessful, delete unsuccessful, clean unsuccessful. What do I do?
