Hi!

So I've had this nasty trojan that hit autorun.pif of C:\ on my HDD. It somehow hit my USB's to. What it really does - if you try to open the content of C:\ you'll result in a totaly new window. That's why if you right-click on C:\ you get some strange signs, used as a default command! Here is what my Avast says:

Sign of "Win32:Delf-DOF [Trj]" has been found in "C:\autorun.pif\[NsPack]\[NsPack]" file.
Sign of "Win32:Delf-DOF [Trj]" has been found in "C:\autorun.pif\[NsPack]\[NsPack]" file.

and about my USB:
Sign of "Win32:VB-DYC [Trj]" has been found in "F:\Recycled\ctfmon.exe" file.

I've tried anti-trojan programmes but they only cleaned up the strange signs and the problem is still there. Nasty!!! Here is my Hijack log.

Any help - appreciated!!!!

Welcome to GTG.

Please don't bump your topic. It's best to post in the Waiting Room if you don't get a reply after 3 days time.

OK, let's try to get to the bottom of this issue :)

Download FixIEDef by ShadowPuterDude to the Desktop.

Double-click FixIEDef

WARNING: FixIEDef will kill all copies of Internet Explorer and Explorer that are running, during removal of malicious files. The icons and Start Menu on your Desktop will not be visible while FixIEDef is removing malicious files. This is necessary to remove parts of the infection that would otherwise not be removed.

Everything will be restored to normal, once the malicious file is removed.

Click Exit once FixIEDef displays the All Finished message.

Download the Flash Disinfector at http://www.techsuppo...Disinfector.exe and save it to your desktop. Double-click on it to run it and follow the on-screen instructions.

Download Malwarebytes ' Anti-Malware at http://www.besttechi.../mbam-setup.exe or http://www.majorgeek...ware_d5756.html Double-click on mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

* Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform Full Scan, then click Scan.
* The scan may take some time to finish, so please be patient.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to restart (see Extra Note below).
* The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
* Copy & paste the entire report into your next reply.

Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts. Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Go to http://www.bleepingc...to-use-combofix and follow the instructions on how to install the Recovery Console and run ComboFix. Go through all the steps until posting the log part. Post the combofix log here.

I understand. I ask users not to bump their topics because I (can't speak for everyone else) search for topics in the past week with no (zero) replies. So if you bump it, I assume someone is helping you already. The Waiting Room is the best place to post this. You may post a link in there to your topic if there is no reply after 3 days :)

No problem. Will be waiting for those logs.

Your log is clean.

To help prevent future spyware infections, read the Anti-Spyware Tutorial and use the tools provided.

Are there any problems now? If none, go to Start->Run, copy/paste in combofix /u and hit OK to remove it. You should be set to go.

Did you run the Flash Disinfector tool as I told you to run earlier?

Download the Flash Disinfector at http://www.techsuppo...Disinfector.exe and save it to your desktop. Double-click on it to run it and follow the on-screen instructions.

Yep! I did it alright, when you told me... And I think I saw the file autorun.pif sent to a separatly made folder.. strange thing...

Nevertheless, what should I do with the flash-drives that are already hit by this "thing"?
