I don't quite understand what you want. XP doesn't have a Password for the Internet, your connection may have a WEP or WPA(2) encryption which won't allow you to access it without the key.

All in all though, asking to get around a password is not permitted here at GeeksToGo! as it violates their Terms of use.

Sorry,

Mike

What I say is:

I have a Internet Conection via WAN, Miniport (PPPOE) <- THIS IS using a phone line, but when i setup for the first time, i put the password and check for "NO ask me the password" for every time that i connect.

Now i need to reinstall windows xp. but if i do that, i will lose my password.

Do u undestand me now?

This would be what ever password you chose. We have no way of knowing what that was.

if you have not changed the password then it would be the default password which is same for every user of same isp
so you can try with anyone using service of same ISP :)

Why don't you wait until tomorrow and telephone your ISP for your password?
Another twelve hours isn't going to hurt.
