Need Help with shut down and trojan horse

Hi guys,
Everytime i try to shut down or restart my computer. it shows me a popup says end program iexplore.exe and if i try to click end now option at the bottom of the popup nothing happens. It keep comingup again and again.

Also my norton antivirus shows me that my computer has trojan horse and it can't do anything about it.

Please Help
