So I've had AVG and Adware on my computer and felt pretty secure but my g/f managed to find this one somewhere. Anyway, it's taken over both users on my computer. My desktop has the screenshot of the click here for spyware, I get the yellow triangle popup and the windows security center popup.

I followed the tutorial and nothing got rid of it. I even tried something not mentioned and no luck.

I've read a couple other threads similar to this but not sure how to make out the log file and compare mine to others. Any help would be much appreciated.

I should note that extra fix was SmitFraudFix.exe which seemed to take care of the popups and the browser seems to run faster.

However, taskmgr is still locked out.
