ad yieldmanager problem I think

I think I'm having an ad yield manager problem but i followed instructions to remove it and it doesn't find anything. for example i'll be in ebay searching and as i go in and out of a window eventually i am taken to an internet window that tells me Internet Explorer is unable to launch page or unable to launch site i'm not sure what it says because it only gives me half the message and rest of the window is white. the address bar always starts with http://ad.yieldmanager.com/st?

then i'm unable to go to any sites without restart. Ebay is just one program it happens on anysite i'm on and go back on. HELP.....

I ran spyhunter and restarted computer... no help still there.
