:) hi, can someone please tell me what hotfix is i have 15 hotfix files on my computer. also how do i get rid of the safe mail in hotmail i can not open my mail it keeps telling me i have to many safe ones in my file so how do i get rid of them

Hotfixes are patches for Windows. They fix smaller and larger bugs in the system, including security problems. You can either manually download them, or get them through Windows Update, the more common way.

Don't know about the Hotmail question as I no longer use it :)
