Can't sign on computer now Windows 2000

Now further trouble after going through the Malware steps here on this board.

Now I can't sign onto the computer..user name and password box. It cycles through but just comes back up with the box to sign on again.

I can access from another computer my D and E drives not my C drive.

HELP!!!!
