[maxumo]

Ok when ever i try to open a folder i am bombarded with this message 'Class Not Registered' and when i try to open certain programs i am told the program cannot open as WININET.DLL not found -

I have downloaded the WININET.dll file and put it the system32 folder - the only way i could do this was by opening word and attempt to open a document and copy and pasted the .dll file to the system32 folder and this has not corrected the problem -
