i'm a noob

okay. so my father's computer didn't have a firewall, he just had AVG on it.
and when i used it to transfer files from my usb, i found out that i task manager was disabled, because of a virus or worm of some sort.

however, i decided to take things into my own hands, but managed to screw something up. (i think)
i downloaded process explorer, and ended the wscript.exe processes (there were 3, i think)
after that, i fixed this process on HJT (O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [winconfig] C:\WINDOWS\winconfig.dll.vbs)

then, i installed spyware blaster, and comodo personal firewall.
after which, comodo found a certain cmdow.exe as malware, and removed it.
lastly, i killed the process wscript yet again using hijackthis, and deleted it upon startup.

here is the hjt log file:

Please print the below instructions or copy them to Notepad. Make sure to work through the fixes in the order mentioned below. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before proceeding with the fixes.

Run a scan in HijackThis. Check each of the following if they still exist and hit 'Fix Checked' after you checked the last one:

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {34E6F97C-34E0-4CE5-B92B-F83634BEDC01} - (no file)
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [winconfig] C:\WINDOWS\winconfig.dll.vbs
O7 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System, DisableRegedit=1
O22 - SharedTaskScheduler: atrichia - {4a9e875b-d032-45e4-8294-789fe3be5b19} - (no file)

Locate the following Files/Folders and delete them if they exist (if no location given, just do a search for them):

C:\WINDOWS\winconfig.dll.vbs

Go to http://www.bleepingc...to-use-combofix and follow the instructions on how to install the Recovery Console and run ComboFix. Go through all the steps until posting the log part. Post the combofix log here.

Download SmitfraudFix at http://siri.urz.free...mitfraudFix.zip and extract the content (a folder named SmitfraudFix) to your desktop.

Open the SmitfraudFix folder. Double-click on smitfraudfix.cmd and select option #1 - Search by typing 1 and press Enter. A text file will appear, which lists infected files (if present). Please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT run option #2 or any other option until you are directed to do so!

NOTE: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs as a Risk Tool. It is not a virus. If you get this detected, ignore it.
