Hello hello,

Well, i am new to this site, so here goes. I am going to soon make the move from PC to brand spanky new Mac. A designers dream. Is there a cheap/easy way to transfer my programs to my new Mac? I have heard about a really expensive disk you cant get...?

Cheers for any ideas,
J9 :)

Hi J9,

This may be more appropriate in the "Other Operating Systems" forum, but here goes.
Data can be moved from Windows to Mac, but programs are a different story. Mac, as I'm sure you know, is much different than a PC. There are a number of different emulators (Darwine comes to mind, but it could just be for "hackintoshes") that you can use to run Windows programs on a Mac, but don't expect full/reliable function from those programs.
