Thanks for the info but it didnt help am whole lot..any other way that u would suggest?

I would suggest getting rid of Norton and replacing it with AVG free
It is much smaller and will just as good if not better.

If that does not help much then try to upgrade your RAM.
That will definitely help.
ALso you may want to get a bigger Hard drive as your is almost out of room.
You have less than 15%.
If none of those things help then start a thread in the XP Forum where they will be able to help further.
