Hello,

I'm new to the site so i hope I write this correctly. Well, my problem is somehow IMSORRY/ Internet SPeed Monitor is now on my computer. I have tried to get it off but it is still present. I had a friend try to delete it and he thought it did but its is still present. AVG was also installed in additon to my Micorsoft firewalls and internet security but it still pops up when i search as well as just random pop ups to the point i have to unplug my ethernet wires.

Its frustrating becasue my pop up blocker blocks everything but the IMSORRY /ISM and another one that i cant remember but it starts with a "q."

Please help!!WHile writing this post, 4 pop up browser windows have come up.

Thanks,

Charles Hawkins
