Computer slow; possible malware

Hello (again) - As I was about to say in my previous post, before I thought I'd fixed the problem, my computer has been really slow over the past week, but I haven't made any systemor software related changes in a while. While my desktop appears pretty quickly after powering on, it takes 5 minutes or so for the quick start menu icons to appear and even longer for my Norton 360 icon to appear. During that time, the system is extremely slow, though I can hear it working away. Not sure if it is malware or not, I've run different scans but haven't found anything.

Any help you can give will be appreciated. My Deckard's System Scan/Hijackthis logs are below:
