:tazz: This is my first post and I don't know much about computers. I am on an HP with Windows 98 second edition factory installed. My graphics card is the factory installed Nvidia TNT 2 Pro. My problem is when I have been internet surfing for a while, the graphics don't always load properly. Either some or all of the internet photos will load as red x's. When it becomes more that I want to deal with, I restart my computer and the graphics load as they should for a while... Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

This sounds like a simple Cache issue.

Close all browser Windows. Now go to Start > Internet Options > General tab, Temporary Internet Files section , and hit "delete files". Also press "delete history".

Launch Internet Explorer. Images displaying all right now?

Go back to Internet Options (via the Tools Menu), and on the General tab press the Settings button.
Change the "Amount of disk space to use" to say, 40 MB.

Go to the 'Advanced' tab, and put a check mark in the "Empty the Temporary Internet Folder when browser is closed" box.

Click OK.

Tell us how that goes.

Cheers,

When I was reading your reply, I had those red x's where graphics should be. I did as you instructed and everthing displayed as it should. Thanks so much for taking the time to read my post and fix my problem!
