Installed PCTVToGo Box software on an Acer Notebook running Vista and an HP Desktop running XP, installed latest software 1.7 on both, they say software is up to date, but can't find the hardware box.

Has anyone had this problem, and if so could you please help me.

Not a Network guru at all, but have installed both wired and wireless LINKSYS routers successfullyon my DSL.
