Having the same problem.. Can't even seem to uninstall and reinstall .NET, much less UPS Worldship. Anybody know of a manual way to do this? Looks like Quickbooks at least put out an 'urgent' notification regarding this issue:

The best thing to do is to go to the source of the problem, so you
will need to remove and reinstall the .NET 2.0 Framework. To help
walk you through it, we have provided detailed instructions in our
QuickBooks Knowledge Base that provides some easy to follow steps and
also includes additional links to the Microsoft site: http://support.quick...article/1009275
We are continuing to work on this issue and if we find out anything
new, we will be sure to let you know right away.
Thanks for your patience,
The QuickBooks Team "
If anybody has any suggestions until MS releases another 'fix' for their first 'fix' I'd love to hear them.UPDATE:
fixed all the problems. Just need to download and run it to remove a faulty .NET 2.0 and then re-install the .NET 2.0 SP1 Framework
